We've found success focusing in mining, cannabis, and technology industries.

XCell Fund is a holding company as well as an angel investment company which works with new entrepreneurs. I began the company to oversee all other companies that I own. Employee functions, hiring, business updates are just some of the things that xCell Fund is in charge of. I have about 6 public companies and another 5 private investments that are all under xCell fund. I began investing in some of the businesses from 2010. Mostly focusing on Internet related businesses but since last year I also decided to incorporate tangible businesses one being Response Commodities. Diversification has always been the key that keeps me afloat. Corporate Overview

Finally I have been able to get in touch with my brother Kyle’s old business associate, and it has been a great achievement because am now able to retrieve the domain, which is kyleEagle.com. In honor of my brother, I decided to publish a placeholder site in memory of him. My family members and I will never forget the great work he did when he started this foundation, and I decided to include the eulogy that I had prepared and read that day of his funeral.

When I published that quickly patched up site, it was imperative that something more had to be done to keep his candle burning, hold his memories in our minds and tell the world what a great brother we had. The idea gave birth to the formation of 501(c)(3), which is a nonprofit organization.

To be sincere, we are not yet decided about where to channel our charity to because we are spoilt of choice, wondering whether to support animal care and protection, conservation of nature or we just carry on with the existing EWA Kids Nonprofit foundation that is still registered under his name.

We cannot forget Jennifer Barker who his my brother’s ex-fiancée, and my family and I are working hand-in-hand with her so that we can all brainstorm and settle on the right way forward. Since I posted the site and it went live, I have called both my parents and Jennifer on board so that we can create eulogies together and come up with a complete biography that will cement his place on the internet. All of us had different and special attachment to Kyle, and it will be a perfect biography when everyone is given a chance to pour his or her heart and honor our loved family member.

I am glad that these efforts of creating the website that will help me pour my feelings about my brother, and the effort of carrying on with his charity work is giving me the boldness to deal with the pain and grief of losing him.

I made my first website in fifth grade and my first million before I turned 18. That's either impressive or a cautionary tale. Probably both.

I'm Ryan Eagle. Chicago is home - I say that loosely. I switch timezones like my wife switches Birken bags. I go where the world takes me, and I find opportunity wherever others aren't looking yet. I've made a point of raising our daughters with the world as their classroom. I love cultures, I love change. I am built for it.

The origin story is a strange one. I grew up on the early internet: forums, hacker communities, the digital Wild West before anyone knew what to do with it. My first real money came from selling duplicated items inside Diablo II. I was 13. By 17, I had my first million. I wasn't precocious so much as I was unsupervised with a broadband connection and an instinct for finding inefficiency.

That instinct became a career. I've spent the decades since building, financing, and operating companies across advertising, private equity, construction, and technology. Through XCell Fund, I provide capital and debt restructuring to public companies. Through Sidago Integrated Solutions, I deploy operations, marketing, and resources to the businesses I'm invested in. The two work in tandem. Money alone is a blunt instrument; paired with operational infrastructure, it becomes something surgical.

I've made fortunes and I've lost them. The people who bet against my return lost bigger than I did. I am not easily stopped. I've been driving exotic cars since I was 20: I'm a Rolls Royce type of guy.

Business is a large part of who I am, but it is not the whole of it.

I have a beautiful wife who is, by any honest metric, my equal: driven, brilliant, and direct in a way I find deeply refreshing. We've been married five years and share three daughters who are, without question, the greatest thing I've ever built.

I'm an Orthodox Christian and I pray throughout the day. My faith comes with a firm belief that everything is unfolding exactly as it's meant to, even when it doesn't feel that way. God is taking care of me. That's not a bumper sticker sentiment, it's something I've stress-tested repeatedly and it keeps holding up.

I've been practicing manifestation for years and I get everything I want. I keep raising the ceiling and it keeps yielding. The process is deliberate: meditation, weekly journaling, and advisors who sharpen my thinking. Gratitude first, then vision, then motion. I'll share more on its own page. It's worth it.

I've been sober most of my adult life. I mention it because it's real and because silence around it has never helped anyone. One of my largest ambitions is to accumulate enough wealth to actually solve addiction: not manage it, not fund awareness campaigns, but solve it. I believe it is a solvable problem and the human cost of not solving it is obscene.

Snow is my natural habitat. If I could restructure my entire life around mountains and winter, I would seriously consider it. I've recently taken up telemark skiing, which is essentially skiing's way of telling you that you'd gotten too comfortable. It is humbling and I am completely obsessed. Getting my whole family on the mountain together is one of my greatest joys.

When I’m not on a slope, I’m often in the woods. I spend time in places that are genuinely remote and deliberately off-grid: genuinely remote, deliberately off-grid. ATV trails cut through dense forest, snowmobile runs that go nowhere in particular, hikes where the only agenda is getting further in. Nature is where I decompress. It is also, I'll admit, where I do some of my best thinking.

I live in extremes and I make no apologies for it. One week I'm in a concrete jungle, chasing meetings across three cities, parking an exotic car outside a skyscraper. The next I'm completely off the grid, no signal, no agenda, just forest and snow and silence. I don't see the contradiction. Both versions of me are completely at home. Then next goal is a pilots license and a plane so I can have the absolute freedom.

I love this country with a ferocity that is difficult to overstate. America is the greatest experiment in human history and I intend to spend the rest of my life proving that it isn't finished yet. My politics have evolved over the years: I've worked alongside unions, governed projects with government contracts, and lived enough life to trade in dogma for nuance. What hasn't changed is this: America first, always. I will be President of the United States, so start warming up your vote now.
